Meet Illysia Neumann-Loreck of the blog Madly Chic. She grew up in New York City but has lived all over including Boston, Philadelphia and even Hong Kong. She has been interested in fashion since she was in diapers. Everyone thought she just speaking baby talk but she was really explaining how to accessorize her ensemble.
Fast forward. She is now a fashion stylist helping individual women look and feel their best through her personal styling business, Closet Envy (www.closetenvy.net).
